Shipping policy

We have a delivery time of 3-4 working days with Postnord. Packages are picked up by Postnord every weekday at 13:00, if your order is placed before 13:00 it will be sent the same day, otherwise the package will be sent the next weekday. Clarification, if your order is placed after 13:00 on a Friday, the package cannot be picked up by Postnord until Monday. Postnord drops off the package to your local carrier.

If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time) you should contact us at: Support@Vunja.se

If the package is not picked up, we charge a handling fee of SEK 300.

Track your order?

When you place an order with us, you will receive a shipment ID after a few days. With the shipment ID, you can follow the updates during the shipment.
