Refund policy

When purchasing goods at Vunja.se, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received your goods. During this period, you can try and evaluate the products in the same way as in a physical store. If you want to return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

Terms:

- The product must not have been used;

- The product must be returned in its original condition & packaging;

- The product must not be damaged by the customer;

- The returning package must be provided with a tracking code;

- We need to know about the return.

If you do not meet these conditions, we will not accept your return.

If your product arrives damaged, take a picture immediately so you have proof that the damage was not caused by you.

If you choose to return products, you must notify us in advance by sending an email to: Support@Vunja.se. Please note that you must return products within 14 days of informing us.

Processing your return

Once we receive your return shipment, we will evaluate the returned items and process your refund. The refund is made using the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount is refunded within 14 days. The shipping costs for the return shipping are for your own account.
